CREW & SUPPORTER INFORMATION

CREWS

• Please download and read the Safety information from the box on the right

• Team T-shirts should be collected directly from your Regional Team Manager

• On race day crews must check in at registration (to collect numbers etc) no more than 40 minutes before their race.

• Coxes will be able to weigh in from 8am

SUPPORTERS

• Anyone supporting or bringing up competitors must park in either of the Country Park Car Parks (please do not park on grass by the course as it is likely to be damp). There will be a £7 charge for parking on the day, which includes a free race programme.

• Cycling, Skating and Rollerblading is prohibited in all Regatta enclosures and in the boating area. The south side of the course will be closed to unauthorised users from half an hour before racing starts, until half an hour after racing has finished.

  Cyclists etc. must give way at all times to pedestrians and service vehicles of the Regatta.

• There will be no charge for Gazebos this year.
